Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Balls

These quick, no bake, gluten free, vegan power balls are great for a quick snack or finger food for the kiddos. They are loaded with protein, whole grain, and a little bit of chocolate.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Balls

Begin by pulsing in a blender, until a coarse flour:

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

Add to a mixing bowl, along with:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (warmed in microwave 30 seconds)
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or flax seeds (optional, I used chia)

Mix until everything is combined, then add:

  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Roll into balls, about 2 Tbsp each. Place in fridge to harden, about 10 minutes.
